Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the site, Wix and related tools may automatically collect:

• IP address

• Browser and device information

• Pages visited and time spent on the site

To download resources from our library you create a free member account with your email address and a password. We store these details so that you can log in and download. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

• Schedule and manage tutoring sessions

• Process payments

• Send updates or marketing emails (only if you opt in)

• Improve our website and services

When you create an account you can choose to tick a box to receive emails from us. If you do, we will send you a welcome email and then a message when new resources are added. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and unsubscribing will not affect your account. We will also send service emails you need to use your account, such as password resets.

We count how many times each resource is downloaded. This is a total for each resource and is not linked to your name or email address.

If you purchase lessons or services, payments may be processed through third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details—these are handled securely by the payment provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties only when necessary to operate our business, such as:

• Wix (website hosting and infrastructure)
